All requests for services and counseling are applied for via the InfoCenter which is accessible to the public through any mode of communication.
Actions & Activities
Members of The Chamber of Commerce will have access to its Information and Consulting center (InfoCenter). With a state of the art online technology, it will provide fast and accurate information on importers and exporters, associations, international brands, trade fairs and shows, publications, consultants and services, manufacturers, medical products yellow pages, chambers of commerce, commercial services, government offices, international institutions and business missions.
Specific Services:
Company Search: Allow the InfoCenter to perform a Company Search to locate manufacturers, importers and exporters to meet your needs. Companies may be sorted by product, service, or geographic location globally or the United States. The listing includes the company name, address, telephone, fax, as well as additional information.
Contact Search: Obtain listings for industrial and sector associations, government entities in the Middle East and the United States, and Chambers of Commerce around the world with their address, telephone, fax and web page.
Business Meeting Service: Arrangement of business meetings for U.S. companies traveling to the region in search of potential commercial partners.
Matchmaking Service: Using the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) classification system, AmCham would locate possible investors, exporters, importers, representatives or distributors in the region and the United States. The listing will contain address, telephone and fax. Those interested in this service must provide a brief description of their company in English.
Trade Fairs and Exhibitions: The InfoCenter will provide a report identifying the trade fairs and exhibitions where companies can promote their products, meet suppliers, and discover the latest developments in their industry.
Customs Tariffs: The InfoCenter will facilitate stipulation of customs tariff according to the harmonized code required that the merchandise must pay to enter the product to the United States according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule.
Custom-Made Answer to your Specific Questions: The InfoCenter will meet companies’ needs. If they have a specific question or a need not covered here, the InfoCenter will provide companies with services tailored to their needs.
